Ellen Gustafson Participates in Economist’s Feeding the World Summit

Ellen Gustafson gave a speech called "Inside the Mind of the Future Consumer" at The Economist's Feeding the World summit today in Amsterdam.

Her speech focused on the need for new thinking and new metrics in developing a healthier global food system. She also moderated a working group on achieving nutrient-rich diets and discussed how to get micronutrients to people who need them, developing new metrics for health outcomes, and using bio-fortification as a transitional solution to better diets in general.
